Product Overview
FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) skylight sheets are designed to match standard metal roofing and wall cladding profiles, providing natural daylight while maintaining the building envelope. Installing FRP skylights can reduce daytime lighting energy consumption by 30-50% in warehouse and factory buildings.
Our FRP sheets are manufactured from UV-stabilized polyester resin reinforced with E-glass fiber. The surface is protected with a UV-resistant gel coat (40ฮผm minimum) that prevents yellowing and maintains light transmission for 20+ years. Light transmission rates: 65-80% (standard), 50-60% (diffused), 85%+ (water-clear).
Available to match all common cladding profiles: corrugated, trapezoidal, and box-rib. Custom lengths up to 12m. Pre-drilled fixing holes available. Fire rating: B1 (self-extinguishing) per GB/T 8624, Class 2 per AS/NZS 4256.
