Product Overview
PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron) is the most widely used material for steel building cladding and roofing. We supply color coated steel coils and sheets with a wide selection of coating systems, colors, and surface finishes — from standard polyester to premium PVDF (Kynar 500) for coastal and architectural applications.
Our PPGI is produced on continuous coating lines with reverse roll-coating technology for uniform film thickness. The substrate is hot-dip galvanized (GI) or galvalume (GL/AZ) steel, with chemical pretreatment and primer layers before the topcoat application. This multi-layer system delivers excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, and color retention.
Available in coil form (for roll-forming cladding profiles) or cut-to-length sheets. Custom color matching per RAL or Pantone number. Minimum order quantity: 50 tons per color for factory production, or 5 tons for stock colors.
