Product Overview
Our insulated sandwich panel range covers every fire rating, thermal performance, and budget requirement. Four core types available: rock wool (mineral fiber, A-grade non-combustible), PIR/PU (polyisocyanurate/polyurethane, best thermal efficiency), PUR edge-sealed rock wool (fire-rated edges with foam core), and EPS (economical option for dry applications).
Rock wool sandwich panels are the preferred choice for fire-rated applications — achieving A-grade non-combustibility with fire resistance up to 2 hours. PUR edge-sealed rock wool panels combine the fire safety of rock wool at the panel joints with the thermal efficiency of polyurethane foam in the core area. PIR panels deliver the highest R-value per thickness, making them ideal for cold storage and temperature-controlled environments.
All panels feature hidden fastener joints, continuous gasket seals, and are compatible with our complete range of trims, flashings, and accessories. Panel widths: 1000mm-1200mm standard. Custom lengths up to 16m. Lead time: 20-25 working days.
